SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. How long is processing, shipping and handling?
Processing can take from 2-4 business days, not including the day you order. This process can take up to about 1 full week. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving that email, tracking activity will be available after 24 hours. Shipping will take about 2-3 days to receive.
2. Can I make changes to my order?
We strive to process and ship items out as soon as possible. With this being the case, no changes can be made to your order.
3. Refunds and/or exchanges.
All orders are FINAL, NO refunds or exchanges. Once your order is processed and shipped, it is no longer in our control. Please contact the mail carrier for further details once you receive the tracking email.
4. Are packages shipped on holidays or Sundays?
No.
PAYMENTS & ORDERING
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal is one the best, safest, and secure ways to make an online payment. We accept the following payment type for your protection and ours: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not have access to share your card information with anyone. Your information is secured via PayPal.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit, please contact USPS immediately and initiate a trace for your package and start an investigation. An investigation can take up to 8-10 business days, but we cannot control the process. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent pending USPS's investigation results. If the product comes returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
